Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We are currently offering free shipping for orders in the United States over $75. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within the Hartford, CT area. For orders under $100, we charge $20 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10am to 6pm on a day that works for both parties. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to both coordinate a day and time for delivery, and to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Hartford City Hall. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our local pickup hours are 10am to 6pm on certain days of the week. We will contact you after your order is placed via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to coordinate a time that works for both parties. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back soon!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Before having your order shipped to a P.O. Box, please be aware of the capabilities of your P.O. Box. Will the package fit? If not, will the post office hold on to the package for you? There are some limitations to shipping to P.O. Boxes, please look up the policy of your post office.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Return your unopened or “gently used” item within 30 days of purchase and you’ll get a refund. If it’s within 31 to 60 days of purchase, you’ll get online store credit. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
