Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our personal care products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Returns & Exchanges

Gangsta Grease does not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@shopgangstagrease.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the circumstances and, if approved, provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund. 

Refunds

Refunds may be issued when:

• An item arrives damaged;
• An incorrect item is sent; or
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the refund has been processed for it to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the refund results from an error by Gangsta Grease.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please review the full ingredient list for each product before purchasing. Individual sensitivities and allergic reactions can vary.

If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend performing a patch test before full use. If you have questions regarding a product's ingredients, please contact us before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@shopgangstagrease.com.

Cancellation requests may be accommodated if the order has not yet been packed or shipped. Because we may begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has been submitted.

If an order has already been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

This section applies to cancellation of an individual order. Canceling an active subscription is governed separately by our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy and the subscription provisions of our Terms of Service.

Subscription Orders & Cancellations

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal orders but does not automatically cancel, refund, or modify a subscription order that has already been processed or charged.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time in accordance with our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.

If you wish to prevent an upcoming subscription order from being processed, your subscription must be canceled before that recurring order has been processed or charged.

Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for an order that has already been processed, charged, fulfilled, or shipped, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
