Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in international shipping, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly.
